2021 2nd Intl. Conf. on Artificial Intelligence in Education Technology

Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 pandemic and possible travel restrictions in most of countries, AIET 2021 conference held in Wuhan, China in hybrid virtual style during July 1-3, 2021. Some participants who were unable to come to Wuhan due to travel restrictions attended the conference virtually.

 

At the beginning of the conference, Conference Chair: Prof. Yu Xinguo delivered the opening remarks to introduce 2021 conference details, including paper reviewing, conference data, schedule arrangements, and expressed the gratitude to all participants. Afterwards, AIET 2021 conference invited Prof. Juan Manuel Corchado, University of Salamanca, Spain, Prof. Sun Zhong, Capital Normal University, China, Assoc. Prof. Eric C.K. Cheng, The Education University of Hong Kong, China, Prof. Yanjiao Chen, Zhejiang University, China, and Assoc. Prof. Yuan Sun, National Institute of informatics, Japan to deliver the keynote or plenary speeches, respectively.

 

Afterwards, there were 4 technical sessions for authors' presentations. The topics were related to Educational Information System and Artificial Intelligence in Education, Educational Informationization and Information Technology Application, Artificial Intelligence in Education and Information Technology Application, E-Education and Educational Management, etc. At the end of the conference, after evaluation, 2 best student papers awards, 4 best presenters were selected by session chairs, and committee members' recommendation.

• All accepted and registered papers of AIET 2021 have been published in AIET 2021 conference proceedings of Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies (Electronic ISSN: 2367-4520; Print ISSN: 2367-4512；Volume 104) successfully, and were indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus successfully.
